🍀 Payment method & process

- ONLY accepting PayPal at the moment. Make sure to send the price in USD or € and please do not write any additional note (ex. "commission", "art payment") !
- Payments are done upfront once the commission is accepted and all details are discussed; process won't be started until the money is correctly received.
- NO refunds will be done after receiving the first sketch. You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason - purposedly doing so will result in immediate blacklist.COMMISSION PROCESS STAGES
1. Order stage: all commission details are discussed.
2. Payment stage: final price will be set and sent.
3. Sketch stage: different sketches will be sent over to the commissioner to make revisions to ensure the composition is satisfactory (only up to 2 free major adjustments).
4. Lineart & colour stage: the almost done piece will be sent for a last check up, minor adjustments (colour or missing/innacurate details previously discussed, etc) are allowed.
5. Order completition: the commissioner will receive the polished final product.

🍀 ORDER DETAILS

- Please provide a good visual reference of your character (unshaded) and other adds-ons to note (facial expression, pose, ect). If given verbal descriptions or artistic liberty about specific stuff it will be up to my personal interpretation, so if you want anything as accurate as possible, provide photos!
- Once the commission is accepted, please send the following details in order:
1. Type of commission you're looking for : pfp, detailed piece, chibi, etc.
2. Clear ref. sheet of the character/s.
3. Pose/expressions : if asking for specific ones.
4. Add-ons &/or extra details to follow : if any.
5. Style options : if asking for a specific of the ones listed.
6. State deadline date / rush fee : if any.

🍀 GENERAL TERMS

- My work schedule as well as any change/event can be found in my art queue (any important delays will be communicated via DM); art updates won't be sent on not-working days.
- I, as the artist, am free to decline doing a commission if I find myself uncomfortable or unable to do it.
- Every art piece takes around 4-7 days from more simple to aprox. a month if complex. Please keep in mind that depending on the number of slots taken, complexity and my current IRL situation this time may slightly vary (rush fee can be seen in the prices section). I work in order of request, feel free so visit the art queue to see how many users are before you.
- Please communicate prior payment in the order stage if you desire to set a deadline for your commission (minimum of 2 weeks).
- Big changes won't be performed once the lining/colouring process has started. Please make sure everything is in your liking through the sketch stage.
- The finished product will be sent as a JPEG and PNG.

I, AS THE ARTIST...
- I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. The commissioner purchase usage rights, not ownership of the piece.
- I may use the artwork to: promote myself and my services and/or post on social media and portfolio.

YOU, AS THE COMMISSIONER...
- You may not claim my work as your own.
- You may use the commissioned piece for personal use only (including but not limited to as icons-pfps, banner, device wallpaper, personal website displays, etc) . Please make sure to provide visible credits/tag/link back to me whenever the piece is displayed publicly.
- You reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction (ex. keychain) of the artwork as long as it's for your personal use only (not for sale).
- You may not edit/modify my artwork without my permission.
- Removing my signature/watermark, using commercially, reselling, redistributing, feeding my artwork to AI or using it for NFT or cryptocurrency is extrictly forbidden.

By commissioning me, you automatically agree you've read and accepted all the terms described above. You will agree to the policy of using my art for personal, non-profit purposes unless stated/discussed otherwise, and provide all image credits to me.
